Project Overview:

The objective was to create an unparalleled digital guest experience that would set new standards and be considered the best-in-class solution for The Ivy's guests.

The exploration involved gaining insights into the behaviors, expectations, and desires of guests, particularly valuable segments, uncovering the factors driving their preferences and specific needs.

During this process, revenue-generating opportunities were explored, while navigating real-world constraints. This led to streamlining operations and enhancing The Ivy's brand positioning. A prototype was created to showcase the potential value of the envisioned digital experience, whilst creating personalised moments of delight.
